Equiteam announces the completion of the FedEx Ground Distribution Center expansion in Kokomo, Indiana. The project consisted of a 38,000 square foot expansion of an existing building and new parking lots. In partnership with Scannell properties, Equiteam created and managed a customized project plan that enabled the facility to remain open and fully functional during the entire process.
